JAMES is a golf-intelligence application designed to assist golfers with course information, distances, club-selection considerations, target selection, course-management guidance, scoring and related golf information.
JAMES provides decision-support information only.
Golf conditions can change and information may be incomplete, unavailable or inaccurate.
You remain responsible for:
Always use your own judgement.
Distances, hazards, maps, weather and course information may come from third-party services and may not always be complete, current or precise.
Never rely on JAMES where doing so would create a safety risk.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity carried out through it.
You must provide accurate account information and must not misuse JAMES or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Eligible new golfers currently receive:
The free-round offer applies subject to the eligibility and account rules displayed within JAMES.
Creating additional accounts to improperly obtain repeated free rounds may result in restriction or termination.
Where available, the first eligible 888 paid Founding memberships may be offered at:
US$8.88 per month
or
US$88.88 per year.
The Founding rate remains available to that member while the qualifying membership remains continuously active, subject to these Terms.
If a Founding membership is cancelled or lapses, the Founding rate may no longer be available when the golfer later rejoins.
After Founding 888 availability ends, the planned standard JAMES prices are:
US$18.88 per month
or
US$188.88 per year.
All prices are billed in USD unless otherwise stated.
When paid memberships are enabled, subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
The applicable price and renewal terms will be displayed before purchase.
You may cancel your membership through the available membership-management process.
Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not normally erase your account or historical golf data.
Any refund rights available under applicable consumer law remain unaffected by these Terms.
Where a refund is required by law, it will be handled through the payment process used for your purchase.
Payments are processed by a disclosed payment provider (such as Stripe). JAMES does not store your complete payment-card number.
You authorise us and our payment provider to charge the selected price to your payment method for your membership.

JAMES Golf Intelligence, its branding, software, design, content and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to the operator of JAMES unless otherwise stated.
Third-party maps, course information and other data remain subject to their respective rights and licences.
JAMES uses third-party services for hosting, mapping, weather, course information, artificial intelligence and payment processing.
These services operate under their own terms, and their availability and accuracy may affect JAMES.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Mobile reception, GPS, device permissions, third-party APIs, weather services and other factors may affect JAMES.
We may improve, modify, add or remove features as JAMES develops.
We will not intentionally remove accrued legal rights.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious misuse, fraud, unauthorised access attempts or material breach of these Terms.
You may request deletion of your account through Account & Security.
If you have an active paid subscription, you will need to deal with that subscription before your account can be deleted. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate processes where required.
Deleting your account will permanently remove your JAMES profile and associated personal game data, subject to information we may be legally required to retain.
Our handling of personal information is described in the JAMES Privacy Policy, available at jamesgolfintelligence.com and within the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JAMES is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer-law rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
